Message	for like up to a year after the accident. Cash the check and if you have other damage an insurance assesor (sp?) will have to come out and look at it again and file the supplemental claim. --Z is back and running and if it's not one thing it's another!! --Who ever said a house is going to be the biggest investment you ever make??!!
